About Lolly
Lolly has been a Registered Dietitian for over 25 years. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Arizona and a Master’s Degree from The Ohio State University in Food and Nutrition.
She has completed two professional culinary programs from The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and from The French Pastry School in Chicago. She regularly attends food and culinary workshops including Culinary Institute of America, Greystone and Culinary Institute in Scottsdale.
Lolly is a member of The American Dietetic Association (ADA) and is the current treasurer of the ADA practice group for Food and Culinary Professionals.
Lolly offers in-home cooking classes where she merges her love of cooking with her enthusiasm for sharing her knowledge of nutrition with others. Lolly is dedicated to using organic and sustainable ingredients.
Along with her role as a cooking instructor, Lolly is a private nutrition and culinary consultant. |
